Womb ContiNuum CarE
bodywork for the whole arc of a woman's physiology
tending to the entire continuum of woman and womb, from menarche to menopause and beyond
Womb Continuum Sessions are devotional bodywork for the entire landscape of woman and womb. This is hands-on, hands-in care for the uterus, abdomen, and pelvis, working with the body as an intelligent, interconnected web.
This work is taught through Ma School, founded by Carly Rae Beaudry and Andrea Terrones, a training built on over 30 years of combined experience in women's health. The methodology weaves together Rolfing fascial techniques, Traditional Mexican Medicine abdominal and uterine work, scar tissue remediation, and intravaginal work. Each of these lineages carries its own intelligence. Together they form a whole body approach that begins and ends with the physiology of the female body.
When the uterus is out of alignment, everything shifts. Blood flow becomes restricted, lymphatic drainage stagnates, nerve pathways compress. Pain, tension, irregular cycles, and inflammation are symptoms of a body held out of its natural alignment.
This work traces the threads of misalignment and brings them back home to center.
Through slow, layer-by-layer touch, the body is supported in returning to physiological alignment. Here, capacity, self-trust, and integrity are cultivated. As organs and tissues find their way back to where they're meant to be, circulation restores, the nervous system softens, and the body remembers how to heal itself.
This is slow, devotional work that asks us to descend rather than bypass, & become home in our own vessel.

The First 40 Days Postpartum Care
-
How you are tended to in the first 40 days determines the next 40 years.
The postpartum body is in the midst of one of the most profound reorganizations a woman will ever move through, tissues shifting, hormones recalibrating, identity dissolving and reforming. What it needs is not to be rushed back, but received and held in all that is changing.
These sessions are an offering of slow, devoted tending for the woman who has just crossed the threshold of birth.
These sessions may include a combination of abdominal bodywork, uterine moxa, abhyanga, Mexican postpartum massage, herbal bath, gentle belly binding, and a final closing of the bones.
In-home sessions are offered exclusively within the first 6 weeks postpartum for those living in the Boulder/Denver area.
Each session is held over 3 hours, unhurried space for nursing, baby tending, and the kind of care this season asks for.
This work supports recovery from vaginal and cesarean birth, with deep attention to abdominal integrity, circulation, and warmth. It also serves as meaningful prevention of long-term pelvic health concerns including diastasis recti, prolapse, incontinence, and pelvic pain.
Your body carried life. Now let it be carried.

This work restores what culture has forgotten: that our softness is a source of strength, our sensitivity a Gateway to truth, and our slowness the pulsing rhythm of life itself.
FAQs
-
Come with clean skin, free from moisturizers or oils. Wear clothes that feels comfortable.
I encourage you to work with castor oil packs in the days before your session. This helps the body soften and opens the way for deeper reception.
This work asks for full presence. I require sobriety from all substances: including cigarettes, vapes, alcohol, cannabis, psychedelics, stimulants, and psychiatric medications.
-
Sessions are 90 minutes to 2 hours. This gives us the spaciousness to drop in fully and move at the slow, devotional pace this work requires. If you're called to longer ceremonial sessions, half or full day, please reach out to me via email: obrought159@gmail.com
-
The amount of sessions depend on what you're moving through and what your body is asking for. I recommend a minimum of 3-6 sessions to give your body time to integrate and find its way back to center.
-
Internal work is not a required part of the work and not every woman will want or need this support. If you are looking to receive this, you must do at least two sessions before any hands-in care, and/or after we've established safety and trust together. We move slowly, intentionally, and only when your body is ready.
-
The first trimester is sacred rest time, let your body be.
From 14 weeks onward through pregnancy, this work is deeply supportive.
After birth, you can receive care right away if it was a vaginal birth. If you had a cesarean, I recommend waiting 10-12 weeks to allow your body time to heal.
-
No. This work moves the uterus back into alignment, which can shift the placement of an IUD and compromise its effectiveness.
-
Yes. Once miscarriage or abortion is confirmed, this work supports the body in clearing and healing. Your womb deserves to be held through this passage. I also offer closing of the bones ceremony for deeper integration and closure, for this please reach out to me via email: obrought159@gmail.com
